As per report of Building Control Authority TMA, our society and apartments are situated in the jurisdiction area of TMA. Hence, our sites are legally approved to work and carry out all the business-related activities.
By the Grace of Almighty, so far the Pine City society has been able to deliver what it has committed to its clients. Approved by TMA, the society has not only successfully managed to sell out residential and commercial plots in the first phase that constitute the land of 148 Kanals but has started bookings for the second phase and Paradise apartments as well.
